§ Mr. Merlyn ReesI understand that the hon. Member is referring to male Commonwealth citizens seeking admission as husbands or fiances under the new rules which my right hon. Friend announced on 30th January. The only available information is that 21 men were admitted in February and 23 in March for marriage to women in this country.
