35. Mr. Arthur Lewis

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, as a means of increasing emoluments to the police without incurring extra Government expenditure and of reducing evasion of licence fees, he will seek powers to pay a 10 per cent. bonus of all road fund licence fees recouped
