§ Mr. Rankinasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will move to allow the Scottish Grand Committee to transact its Parliamentary business in appropriate surroundings in Edinburgh during the new Session; and if he will seek to make similar arrangements for Glasgow and Inverness.
