§ Mr. RossNegotiations are proceeding about the introduction in Scotland of special fees for opticians who undertake dispensing on domiciliary visits to patients at the request of hospital authorities. My right hon. Friend the Minister of Health and I are considering representations about such a fee made on behalf of opticians in the supplementary ophthalmic service.
