§ Mr. George BrownAs the Joint Communiqué shows, assistance to developing countries was one of the subjects I discussed with Japanese Ministers. We agreed that countries like ourselves must do our best to help developing countries to raise the standard of living of their peoples with consequential advantages to world trade and political stability.
50. Mr. Gresham Cookeasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, in what year the next round of regular consultations between Japan and this country will take place in London.
