asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what consideration is being given to the United Kingdom becoming a member of an Australian-New Zealand-United States of America Alliance to protect the sea and air approaches to South-East Asia in the Indian Ocean and Indonesian seas; and whether he will make a statement.
