asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he will now instruct Her Majesty's representative at the Security Council to propose that comprehensive mandatory sanctions be authorised against the illegal regime in Rhodesia.

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he will instruct Her Majesty's representative at the United Nations to propose a blockade of Rhodesian oil entering Lourenco Marques and that a contribution of naval forces from the United Nations be provided for such a purpose.
