§ 65. Rear-Admiral Morgan Gilesasked the Minister of Transport when it is proposed to carry out the road improvement scheme for the Andover Road, North Walls, Eastgate Street and City Road area of Winchester.
Mr. Bob BrownThe roads involved are principal roads for which Hampshire County Council and Winchester City Council are the responsible highway authorities. Hampshire County Council is preparing appropriate schemes which, when received, will be considered for inclusion in the principal road programme.
