Osborneasked the Minister of Transport in view of the increase in road traffic from the petro-chemical plants in the Immingham area, if he will provide funds for the building of a new dual carriageway on the south bank of 8W the Humber to the Doncaster by-pass road, and allow this work to start early next year.
