§ Mr. DarlingThe Notice of Increase is a Board of Trade form required under Section 63 of the Companies Act, 1948, and the Statement of Increase an Inland Revenue form required under Section 112 of the Stamp Act, 1891. The two forms serve different purposes. I will consider, however, whether it is possible to combine the forms.
