Friend has in mind the guarantees pro-200W vided through the Export Credits Guarantee Department, which enable exporters to get finance for export credit on favourable terms from the banks. The facilities available are described in Board of Trade Export Handbook No. 2 and, somewhat more fully, in the booklet "E.C.G.D. Services". I am sending copies to my hon. Friend.
