§ Mr. Leslie Huckfieldasked the Minister of Transport why a grant for additional road works was given to the borough of Nuneaton and the county borough of Coventry on the grounds of unemployment in the construction and civil engineering industry, and one was not given to the urban district of Bedworth on the same grounds.
§ Mr. Carmichael:Because unemployment in the construction industry, in the zone in which the urban district of Bedworth is situated, was lower.
