§ Mr. Priorasked the Minister of Transport whether she will review the statutory procedures which have to be undertaken before the construction of new bridges in order that the delays inherent in the present scheme may be shortened.
§ Mr. Carmichael:The statutory procedures preceding the construction of new trunk roads and bridges are under review. Some administrative improvements have already been made.
