Mr. Mackintosh

asked the Secretary of State for Education and Science how the capital and recurrent grants to the University of Strathclyde for the years 1963, 1964, 1965 and 1966, expressed in terms of pounds per student enrolled, compare with the capital and recurrent grants for the Royal College of Science and Technology, Manchester, and Imperial College, London, over the same years, expressed in the same form.
