asked the Postmaster-General what arrangements he is making to speed up deliveries of mail between Scotland and the Continent of Europe.

New arrangements are always made when the availability of air and shipping schedules allow us to improve our services. But if the hon. Gentleman has any particular aspect of the service in mind and will let me have details, I shall gladly look into them.
