§ Mr. SwinglerMy right hon. Friend has authorised the British Railways Board to provide vehicle ferry and container facilities costing £2.5 million at Harwich (Parkeston Quay), and has offered a loan of up to £1.5 million towards similar developments at Felixstowe.
The British Transport Docks Board are, I understand, considering improvements at Lowestoft and King's Lynn costing over £1 million in all.
