§ 97. Mr. Biggs-Davisonasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will place on the agenda of the United Nations Committee on Colonialism the future of strategic and other island territories of the United States of America not incorporated in the American Union.
§ Mrs. WhiteThis Committee annually considers all the inhabited overseas United States territories which are not incorporated in the American Union, with the exception of Puerto Rico, to which special conditions apply.
