Mr. James Johnsonasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what discussions he has had lately with the Guatemala Government regarding the boundaries of British Honduras; and if he will make a statement about the proposals now put forward to him at his request by the American negotiator, Mr. Bethnel Webster.
§ Mr. WhiteNo statement can be made until the mediator submits his final proposals. It is for Mr. Webster to decide when he will be ready to do this. The boundaries of British Honduras have not been discussed either by my right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary or by any other representative of Her Majesty's Government.
