§ Mr. George BrownI discussed the case of Mr. Gerald Brooke with Mr. Gromyko and Mr. Kosygin. The Soviet Government did not respond to my request for clemency for Mr. Brooke, but they agreed to allow a meeting between him and the British Consul.
