§ Mr. Tom FraserOne of the measures which I am urgently considering for an experimental period, in consultation with the police and other interested bodies mainly concerned, is a system of temporary speed limits to be applied on particular lengths of motorway in bad weather. I will announce a decision as soon as I can.
