§ Mr. PadleySweden has the industrial capacity, especially in the field of precision engineering, to undertake a military nuclear programme if she chose to do so. But no such decision has been taken and the Swedish Government supports efforts to achieve effective international measures to prevent the further dissemination of nuclear weapons.
