§ Mr. CroslandChingford Church of England Primary School fails to conform to the minimum standards in respect of site, teaching area, washing accommodation, sanitation and accommodation for staff. There is no school hall, no medical room, and no dining accommodation, kitchen or scullery on the school site. Storage is inadequate. The playground is substandard and there are no playing fields for the juniors.
