§ Mr. MellishMy right hon. Friend is constantly encouraging the wider use of industrialised methods based on a variety of materials, including different types of panels. Local authorities are kept informed, through day-to-day contacts, of what is available, and are encouraged to arrange joint programmes to obtain the252W best results. He will shortly be telling authorities, in a circular, of the help they can obtain from the National Building Agency in selecting and using industrialised systems.
