asked the Postmaster-General why many of the first postal deliveries in the area of the Sandhill Estate, Moortown, Leeds, are not received until 9.30 a.m. and 10 a.m., and occasionally as late as 10.50 a.m.

Mr. Mawby: I very much regret these delays which occurred during the absence of the regular delivery force. I have asked for staffing adjustments to be made which I hope will prevent a recurrence.
