§ Mr. ChatawayMy right hon. Friend has agreed that a new school to be built near London Airport should be fully protected against the noise of aircraft. He is about to discuss the question of soundproofing existing schools with the Middlesex local education authority, which has carried out a pilot experiment on this problem.
