§ 18. Mr. Parkinasked the President of the Board of Trade if he will now set up an inquiry, under Section 165 of the Companies Act, 1948, into the operation of all companies which Peter Rachman controlled or in which he had shares or in which companies which he effectively controlled had shares.
§ Mr. ErrollBefore I can appoint an inspector under Section 165 of the Companies Act I must have evidence suggesting the existence of the particular types of conduct which are specified in the Section. If any such evidence is brought to my notice I will consider it.
