§ 70. Mr. Cooperasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs if he will make an order designating Coombe Woodhouse, Maiden, as a national monument.
§ Mr. RipponCoombe Wood House is listed under Section 30 of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1947, as a building of special architectural or historic interest. My right hon. Friend understands that the future of the building is under consideration by the Surrey County Council and the Maiden and Coombe Borough Council. Each has power to make a building preservation order, which would require confirmation by him.
