§ 63. Mr. Mayhewasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs if he has yet granted a compulsory purchase order for a site in Woodman Street, North Woolwich.
Dr. HillI cannot give my decision on this compulsory purchase order until the site is formally designated in the London development plan, for the purpose for which is it required. The amendment to the plan which will provide for that designation is one of those put to me by the London County Council following their review of the plan. I have to deal will all these amendments together and I shall not be able to take the final step of formal approval for some months.
