47. Mr. R. Edwards

asked the Minister of Labour, in view of the decision of the Brighton court that the use of Rhodinine B as a colouring matter for confectionery might induce cancer, he will have this substance re-analysed so as to ascertain whether chemical process workers handling Rhodinine B are likely to suffer from the hazard of cancer.

I am advised that there is no such danger to process workers.
