Mr. Russellasked the President of the Board of Trade why an article entitled "United Kingdom Trade in 1961," covering 12 pages of the Board of Trade Journal of 26th January, 1962, and containing more than 20 statistical tables and diagrams, gives no statistics relating to trade with the Commonwealth as a trading area, nor makes any reference to it in the text, contrary to the usual policy pursued in the monthly Trade and Navigation Accounts, and in the Annual Statement of Trade, both of which are prepared in his Department.
