§ Mr. N. MacphersonMy right hon. Friend has already drawn the industry's attention to the importance of keeping its structure and management practices in line with present-day needs. This is essentially a matter which firms must solve for themselves, but I am glad to know that the Cotton Board and other organisations connected with the industry are very active in disseminating information and stimulating discussion on it.
