§ Mr. HeathInformal approaches have been made by the Uganda authorities to the United Nations Children's Fund (U.N.I.C.E.F.). In addition a representative of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees was due to arrive in Uganda this weekend to report on the situation there.
