asked the Lord Privy Seal what steps he is taking to present the disarmament proposals, agreed by the Commonwealth Prime Ministers, at the current session of the United Nations.

The Commonwealth Prime Ministers' statement on disarmament was circulated to all United Nations delegations on 14th September at the joint request of all the Commonwealth Governments.
