§ 52. Mr. Healeyasked the Lord Privy Seal if he will instruct Her Majesty's Government's delegate at the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations to support the use of voluntary workers to assist in the operations and programmes of the United Nations in the under-developed countries.
§ Mr. HeathWe support, in principle, the use of volunteer workers by the United Nations and its Agencies in the under-developed countries and on 21st July the United Kingdom delegate said so in the Economic and Social Council.
