Mr. VaneThe Sugar Board who purchase sugar under the Commonwealth 185W Sugar Agreement will also purchase and re-sell the South African sugar. Pending the introduction of legislation to enable the Board to Act as principles for this purpose under Section 2 of the Sugar Act, 1956, they will meet the cost from funds to be advanced to them from the Civil Contingencies Fund.
