§ Mr. GodberThe staff of Her Majesty's Consulate at Elisabethville are fully competent to carry out the tasks which fall to the Consulate at the present time. Mr. Evans has been succeeded by Mr. Dunnett, a Foreign Service officer of slightly higher seniority.
