Mr. Biggs-Davison

asked the Lord Privy Seal whether he will ensure that the Report of the United Nations Conciliation Commission for the Congo is made available to Parliament and the nation and that the fullest publicity is given to the details, contained in the Report, of Monsieur Patrice Lumumba's orders to murder President Kasavubu, President Tshombe and other leaders and to commit other atrocities and indecencies, and of the military pact and other dealings of the Lumumba régime with the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
