§ Mr. Walker-SmithThe increased amount allocated to the Board for the current financial year was calculated so as to enable the level of services at the beginning of the year to be maintained and to give them a fair share of the total sum available for further developments and improvements. Boards are left to determine their own priorities within the total funds available.
