§ Miss PittI do not think it is possible to say how far the difficulty is due to any one particular cause. As the hon. Member knows, the Royal Commission, whose recommendations about the pay of dentists are under discussion between the Government and representatives of the profession has proposed increased rates for dentists working in hospitals.
