§ Mr. C. Ian Orr-EwingThe area concerned lies between Albert Road, Charlotte Street and Garden Street, Devonport, and is bounded on the North by 102 Charlotte Street and existing Admiralty buildings, but does not include the site of 13 Albert Road. We have now reached agreement with the other Departments concerned to develop this area for 42 naval ratings' quarters. We are writing to the Plymouth Council to inform them of this today.
