61. Mr. Swingler

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if, in view of recent disturbances and conflict within the countries adhering to the Central Treaty Organisation, and the dangers to peace arising from the instability of certain régimes, he will instruct the British representative at the Central Treaty Organisation headquarters to initiate discussions about measures designed to improve relations between the member States.
