§ Mr. MaclayDetails of the actual rebuilding plans for the first three schemes are being adjusted with the corporation and the contractors, and I expect to give formal approval to the Whorterbank scheme shortly. The proposal to proceed with comprehensive redevelopment at Overgate was the subject of a local inquiry in February, the report of which has not yet been received.
