§ Sir W. Duthieasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when the Advisory Council on Education is expected to report on the question of transfer procedure and post-fourth year examination.
§ Mr. MaclayThe Council decided to concentrate in the first instance on the part of its remit dealing with the post-fourth year examination structure and has now submitted to me a report on this topic. The Report will be published tomorrow as a Command Paper.
