§ The Prime MinisterIt is not the practice to disclose the contents of confidential correspondence between myself and other Heads of Government. But I can tell the hon. Member that in replying to Mr. Khrushchev I told him that we should give the most careful consideration to his latest disarmament proposals and that like him we thought it best for the proposals to be discussed in the Ten-Power Disarmament Conference at Geneva.
