§ Mr. HayI have looked at this matter again in the light of my hon. Friend's representations, but I can find no reasons which would justify reversal of the decision conveyed to him a year ago that a 30 m.p.h. speed limit on the Cardiff-Swansea trunk road where it passes through Bonvilston would not be in the interests of road safety.
