§ Mr. HayNo, but I hope that it will be possible to make a start on the foundations of the bridge before very long. Meanwhile, preliminary work, including land acquisition, is continuing, and on 29th January my right hon.120W Friend published a draft Order dealing with the side roads and accesses affected by the approaches to the Severn Bridge.
