asked the Minister of Education what decision he has given with reference to Oldham Corporation's application for approval of a school building programme comprising six new schools for the current year.

I take it that the hon. Member is referring to the proposals which Oldham have submitted for the 1962–63 building programme. I received these only a fortnight ago and I am not ready to give my decision.
