§ 64. Mr. Grimondasked the Secretary of State for Scotland why, under the Teachers' Salaries (Scotland) Regulations, 1959, the proposed responsibility element for Scottish head teachers is less than that proposed for holders of similar posts in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
