§ 83. Lady Tweedsmuirasked the Minister of Transport whether he will make a statement on the recent meeting with the Aberdeen Harbour Board, held at his Department on 5th November.
§ Mr. HayThis meeting was arranged at the request of the Aberdeen Harbour Commissioners. The Scottish Office and the Admiralty were represented as well as the Ministry of Transport. As a result of the meeting, the Harbour Commissioners are going to consider bringing together all the local interests concerned with pontoon dock facilities at Aberdeen with a view to setting up a joint Working Group to consider the requirements for140W such facilities and their financial implications.
