§ 79. Mr. Montgomeryasked the Minister of Transport when he expects to receive the report from the Chandos Committee on the financial support to be given for the replacement of the liners "Queen Mary" and "Queen Elizabeth".
§ Mr. MarplesI understand that the Committee hopes to let me have its Report by about the end of February next. As I informed the House on 4th November, the Government will make no decision in this matter until the Committee's Report has been received and considered.
